Sausage and Scalloped potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • cook sausages in non stick skillet,breaking apart and stirring frequently,until lightly browned
  • transfer to a colanderand run hot water over to wash away any excess fat.Drain well
  • In a mixingbowl,combine soup,milk,onion,salt and pepper.
  • In alarge casserolesprayer with vegetable oilcooking spray
  • layer 1/2 the potatoes,1/2 the soup mixture,and 1/2 the sausage
  • repeat layers,ending with sausage
  • stream butter buds over the top lightly
  • bake for 1 1/2 hours or untilpotatoes are tender.
  • sprinkle with cheese,return to the oven for another 15 min
