How to make it

  • 1. Slice the lemon, reserving some for garnish and using the rest to get at least 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  • 2. Mix the flour, salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  • 3. Heat the oil in a skillet on medium-high.
  • 4. Coat the fillets with the flour mixture and then brown them in the skillet.
  • 5. Remove the fish, and pour the wine, lemon juice, and sugar into the skillet.
  • 6. While the liquid heats up, slice the banana.
  • 7. Simmer the slices in the liquid for about 2 minutes.
  • 8. Pour over the fillets and adorn with lemon slices.
