Got this off the net....It is so good with a bowl of beans

- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/3 cup Masa Harina flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 box frozen corn, thawed (10 oz.)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tbls. yellow cornmeal
- 2 tbls. whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat butter with hand mixer until fluffy
- Gradually beat in Masa Harina
- Beat in water on low speed
- Put corn in food processor and pulse until chopped coarse
- Stir into masa mixture
- In another mixing bowl, stir together sugar, cornmeal, cream, baking powder and salt
- Stir into corn mixture
- Spread into greased 8-inch-square baking pan
- Cover with foil
- Place in larger pan and pour boiling water halfway up the side of the smaller pan
- Bake for 50 minutes or until set
- Uncover and let stand 15 minutes
