Self saucing Meat Loaf

- 500g Mince shopping list
- 500g sausage meat shopping list
- 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- onion shopping list
- 1 x 425 g tin of fruit of choice. peaches or apricots are fab shopping list
- For the sauce you also need shopping list
- 1/4 C malt vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 C brown sugar shopping list
- 1 pkt brown onion Sauce mix shopping list
- The liquid from the tinned fruit shopping list
How to make it
- Combine mince, sausage meat, chopped onion, egg and add 1/2 sauce mixture which has been previously mixed together.
- Season to taste using pepper, salt or herbs as desired.
- Place into well greased dish of any shape and add remaining sauce mix and cook on 180C until cooked through which should be between 30 to 45 mins.
