Fried Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp butter

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup crushed cereal such as corn flakes, bran flakes or honey n nut flakes

1 1/3 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

Form ice cream into 4 balls and place back in freezer until ready to coat

Melt butter in a small saucepan

Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon; blend well

Stir in cereal

Roll ice cream balls in cereal mixture

Place back in freezer for about 15 - 30 minutes

Serve with honey or chocolate sauce drizzled on top
