Self-sauce Pudding

- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 3 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 F (160 C)
- Grease an 8x12" pan.
- Bring the first 4 ingredients to a gentle boil in a small saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a medium sized bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk.
- Fold in raisins.
- Spread over the bottom of the pan and top with sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
