A fresh salad that is a real crowd pleaser, and my husband loves it!!

Ingredients
  • 2 heads shredded cabbage red and white
  • 2 bunches spring onion
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • roasted slivered almonds
  • roasted pumpkin seeds
  • roasted pine nuts
  • dried cranberries
  • chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 table spoons soy souce

Directions
  1. place red cabbage in the middle of the bowl and white around the outside
  2. sprinkle with nuts and cranberries
  3. place noodles around the bowl
  4. blend dressing and pour over salad
  5. serve
