How to make it
- Mix and beat until mix holds its shape.
- Place on top of pie, and put in oven at 300 degrees until the top browns slightly.
- This meringue is delicate and should be eaten shortly after prepared. It will weep if left to sit for more than a couple hours.

So, you dont use cream of tartar. That should give a better result.
