IRISH HERB SCONES

- 1/2 pound Mealy potatoes shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons oil shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon savory shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon Powdered sage shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Boil or bake the potatoes, then pass through a foodmill.
- 2.Mix the flour, salt, oil & herbs with the potatoes.
- 3.On a floured board, roll this dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- 4.Cut into triangles 3 or 4 inches wide.
- 5.Fry in very hot oil on both sides until light golden.
