- Cake: shopping list
- 1 package orange cake mix shopping list
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2/3 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup tequila shopping list
- 2 tbsp triple sec liqueur shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp tequila shopping list
- 2 tbsp triple sec liqueur shopping list
- 2 tbsp lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.) F (175 degrees (80 C.) C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, lemon juice 1/4 cup (60 ml) tequila and 2 tbsp (30 ml) triple sec. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to rack and pour glaze over cake while still warm.
- To make the glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar with 1 tbsp (15 ml) tequila, 2 tbsp (30 ml) triple sec and 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice. Mix until smooth.
