Here is a great short-cut method of making the famous chocolate Pots De Creme!

Ingredients
  • 1 6 oz. Pkg. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 ½ to 2 tsps. Dark rum or 1 tsp. Powdered instant coffee
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • whipped cream, for topping

Directions
  1. Combine chocolate, sugar, salt, egg, vanilla and rum or coffee into blender. Heat milk just to boiling. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and blend 1 minute. Pour immediately into chocolate pots or ramekins. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. Serves. 4.
