Chocolate Pots De Creme

Here is a great short-cut method of making the famous chocolate Pots De Creme!
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. Pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1egg shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 ½ to 2 tsps. dark rum or 1 tsp. Powdered instant coffee shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- whipped cream, for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chocolate, sugar, salt, egg, vanilla and rum or coffee into blender. Heat milk just to boiling. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and blend 1 minute. Pour immediately into chocolate pots or ramekins. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. Serves. 4.
