Light Berry Cheese Cake

- 2 C Frozen or fresh berries shopping list
- 1 2/3 C Light whipping cream shopping list
- 2blocks Ultra or light cream cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 C Fat Free French vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 1 C Graham cookie crumbs shopping list
- 1 pouch gelatine shopping list
- 3 T corn starch shopping list
- 3 T butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven for 350F.
- Spray a cooking oil into 9"spring form.
- Combine butter and Graham cookie crumbs in a small bowl.
- Pressed down the mixture into spring form bottom.
- Bake for 20min or light golden brown colour crust.
- Cool down the crust either make a head or put into freezer.
- Put berries and corn starch into microwavable bowl and cook for 1min or until corn starch is melted into berry mixtures.
- Whip the whipping cream in a medium bowl. Dissolve a gelatine as follow the package direction in a sepeate small bowl . When the whip reaches a peak, gladually add a gelatine. Set aside.
- Whisk cream cheeses in a big bowl. Add yogurt into the cream cheese. And then carefully fold the whipping cream mixture into the cream cheese mixtures.
- Take a 5 or 6 seperate drops or half of berry mixtures into crust. Put a half of cream cheese mixtures covered up the berry mixtures. Again take several seperate drops of remain berry mixtures on the top of cream cheese. Covered with it remain cream cheese mixtures.
- Use a chopstick make swirl fact.
- Chilled for 5hours or overnight.
