My mother used to make this cake. People just come back for more and more, and it is so delicious, when you start to eat it, you can not put it down. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 80ml Butter
  • 200ml Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 375ml Flour
  • 10ml Baking Powder
  • 2ml Salt
  • 250ml Milk
  • Topping:
  • 125ml Butter
  • 10ml Marmite of Bovril
  • 125ml Crated Cheese

Directions
  1. Put the oven at 190 C (375 F).
  2. Mix the butter and sugar till it is creamy.
  3. Mix the egg in.
  4. Sieve the Flour, baking powder and salt together.
  5. Mix it with the butter mix, and mix the milk also in.
  6. Put in baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until it is golden brown.
  7. Melt the butter and marmite together.
  8. When the cake comes out of the oven, pinch with a fork and pour the butter and marmite mix over it.
  9. Before serving, put the cheese on top, put in oven to melt and serve.
  10. Enjoy
