Ingredients

1 big package of tortellini

2 cups tomato sauce

1/4 cup mascarpone cheese

palm full of thyme

palm full of parsley

Directions

while pasta is boiling mix mascarpone with tomato sauce and chopped herbs,after pasta is cooked about 8 min drain then add to the mixture in the bowl mix well the cheese will melt from the heat of the pasta ..once mixed transfer to baking dish ....top with smoked Mozzarella and bake at 350 for 30 min
