Ingredients
  • 2 lbs 16-20 count shrimp
  • 1 tbsp ancho chile powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp EVOO

Directions
  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and blot dry.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl, add shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. Stir in olive oil.
  4. Allow shrimp to marinate in fridge for one hour.
  5. Grill shrimp on high heat 2-4 minutes each side.
  6. Serve with Avocado Corn Cocktail (see other recipe)
