How to make it
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and blot dry.
- Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl, add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Stir in olive oil.
- Allow shrimp to marinate in fridge for one hour.
- Grill shrimp on high heat 2-4 minutes each side.
- Serve with Avocado Corn Cocktail (see other recipe)
