How to make it

  • Rinse shrimp under cold water and blot dry.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl, add shrimp and toss to coat.
  • Stir in olive oil.
  • Allow shrimp to marinate in fridge for one hour.
  • Grill shrimp on high heat 2-4 minutes each side.
  • Serve with Avocado Corn Cocktail (see other recipe)
