Aunt Maydellas Chess Pie

GOOD OLD SOUTHERN PIE
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 stick butter melted shopping list
- 11/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 Tbsp cornmeal shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs, add sugar, butter, vinegar, vanilla and cornmeal. Stir until mixed. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350F for about 1 hour
