Chicken Vermicelli

- 2 to 3 lb. fryer shopping list
- 1 sm. onion shopping list
- 1 sm. green pepper shopping list
- 1 stick oleo shopping list
- 1 ( 7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli shopping list
- 1 ( 16 oz) can English peas drained shopping list
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms drained shopping list
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese shopping list
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Boil chicken until done remove from bone
- Reserve liquid
- In a large skillet Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo
- Boil vermicelli in reserved liquid then drain but hold out a cup or two
- in skillet add peas, mushrooms, cheese cut in sm. pieces , rotel, vermicelli and chicken
- mix carefully if it seems alittle dry add some of the reserved liquid
- put in Large casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 mins
