How to make it

  • Boil chicken until done remove from bone
  • Reserve liquid
  • In a large skillet Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo
  • Boil vermicelli in reserved liquid then drain but hold out a cup or two
  • in skillet add peas, mushrooms, cheese cut in sm. pieces , rotel, vermicelli and chicken
  • mix carefully if it seems alittle dry add some of the reserved liquid
  • put in Large casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 mins
