Apple Raisin Crisp

- Filling shopping list
- 5 cups thinly sliced peeled fresh apples(about 6 medium) shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1/3 cup raisins shopping list
- 3 Tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 3 Tbsp toasted wheat germ shopping list
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats shopping list
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 Tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate ,thawed shopping list
How to make it
- for fruit filling, toss the apples with the cornstarch.
- add the raisins and juice concentrate, and toss to mix.
- place the mixture in a 9 inch deep dish pie pan
- for the topping, combine the topping ingredients and mix until moist and crumbly. sprinkle the topping over fruit
- bake uncovered at 375f for 25 minutes
- cover the dish loosely with foil to prevent overbrowning, and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
