Pizza Grilled Cheese Recipe

A quick lunch for kids that's a change of pace

Ingredients
- 4 slices of white bread
- 4 Tbl pizza sauce
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbl butter
- Your favorite pizza toppings
Directions
- preheat pan over medium heat, if using a non-stick pan add 1 TBL of the butter at this point
- add 1 TBL of pizza sauce to each slice of bread and evenly distribute it
- place 2 slices of cheese on the sauce side of 2 slices of bread
- place your favorite pizza topping ontop of the cheese, being careful not to overload the sandwhich
- place the remaining slices of bread sauce side down ontop of the sandwhiches
- if you have not already add 1 TBL of butter to the pan, if it smokes like crazy and smells burnt you took too long assembling the sandwhiches wipe out the pan cool it down and try again
- place the sandwhiches in the pan and press down with a spatula, leave for about 3 mins or until golden brown
- add remaining butter and flip the sandwhiches
- press down again cook for the remaining 2 mins. or until they are golden brown
