Sweet Potato Puree

- 6 large sweet potatoes shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Bake sweet potatoes until done.
- Spoon potatoes out of the skin in a large mixing bowl.
- Add all ingredients and mix on medium until well blended.
- Put in a casserole dish and bake in 350 F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
