Stuffed Mushrooms the easy way

- White whole medium mushrooms w/stem (i do about 15-30 depending on the crowd or if just for us family) shopping list
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 2-3 tbsp. melted butter shopping list
- 1 bag shredded chedder cheese or mottzerella if preferred shopping list
- 1 red onion diced shopping list
- 2 tsp. garlic salt (+/-) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Wash mushrooms. remove stems.
- Place caps on a cookie sheet
- chop up stems finely (foodprocessor wks great for this)
- in a bowl mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, stems, 1 cup shredded cheese, oinion, garlic salt and soysauce.
- stuff into the mushroom caps letting them over stuff a little.
- add cheese to the tops of each one.
- put 2 tbsp water in bottom of pan to keep them from sticking.
- when ready put in the oven at 350 for 15-20 min.
- Voila!!!
