Stroganoff Steak Sandwiches

                    - 1/2 can of beer shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 pounds beef flank steak shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced shopping list
- 12 slices of French bread, toasted shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Advance preperation: Marinate the steak in the beer, oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper overnight in refrigerator.
- Drain steak and pat dry.
- Grill the steak until done to your preferred level of doneness (Flank steak is best served medium-rare).
- Slice the onion into rings and saute in butter, paprika, and dash of salt until just wilted.
- Warm sour cream and stir in horseradish.
- Thinly slice meat on the diagonal across grain into 1/2" strips and pile over 2 slices of bread per person.
- Put onion slices on meat and top with 2-3 tablespoons of cream sauce.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
