This is my daughter's (she's 8) favorite recipe to make. It combines pasta with the flavors of pizza. You can change up the ingredients as much as you like. This is our standard though

Ingredients
  • 1 box tricolor corkscrew pasta
  • green pepper chopped small
  • red onion chopped small
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 package of pre sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cans pizza sauce
  • 1 package pre shredded mozzerella cheese

Directions
  1. Cook pasta as directed and drain
  2. chop green pepper and onion
  3. pour pasta into a casserole pan
  4. mix in peppers, onion, mushrooms, pepperoni, and pizza sauce
  5. top with cheese
  6. bake covered for 30 minutes
