How to make it

  • Cook ribs in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  • When cooked, peal meat of the bones (shred)
  • In a seperate bowl, mix together all other ingredients (except wonton squares)
  • Fill wontons with 1 tsp of mixture or more.
  • Wet edges of wonton with water
  • Fold over and fry till golden brown
  • Serve over rice.
