This is a great weeknight meal. Put it on in the morning and come home to a wonderful meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 beef roast
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can green chilies chopped
  • 1 cup dry red wine or vinegar
  • 1 can beef broth

Directions
  1. Sear roast on all sides.
  2. Place in crock pot then top with remaining ingredients and cook 8 hours on low.
  3. Good for tacos or served over rice or noodles.
