Ingredients
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed

Directions
  1. Cut each chicken wing in half then place in large plastic bag.
  2. Add all marinade ingredients then seal bag and turn to coat wings.
  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours turning bag occasionally.
  4. Heat oven to 375.
  5. Drain chicken wings reserving marinade then place chicken on broiler pan.
  6. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
