How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry.
  • Form dough into a ball. (If it doesn’t stick properly, add a little water and mix well).
  • Form dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake about 7 minutes.
  • Makes about 18 cookies.

    Delicious! I dented the center of half of these and dropped a little bit of Mango and Passionfruit preserves that I found at ALDI last week. Also I used some Pumpkin Pie spice in place of the cinnamon sugar - that was good, too! Great basic recipe that can be easily added to for different flavors. Loved it!
