Ingredients
  • 2 oz (4 tbs) Pisco
  • 1 oz (2 tbs) sugar syrup (jarabe de goma)
  • 1 oz (2 tbs) passion fruit juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend high for 30-35 seconds and serve in a cold glass.
  2. Enjoy!
