Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • condiments

Directions
  1. Combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix with your hands.
  2. Create four patties out of the mixture. Place in a skillet with olive oil.
  3. Cook the patties approximately 5 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through.
  4. Toast the slices of bread.
  5. When the patties are near done place a slice of swiss cheese on top of each one and let melt.
  6. Place one patty between two slices of bread, to make a sandwich.
  7. Finish the sandwich with all your favorite condiments (I used mayonnaise, mustard, and relish).
