Meatloaf For Mans Best Friend Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground meat ( chicken, turkey, beef, etc.,)

1 cup cooked oraganic oatmeal ( steel cut oats )

1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

3/4 cup organic flaxmeal

2 large eggs

1 Tbs minced garlic

2 cups fresh or frozen chopped/grated/diced vegetables ( corn, carrots, peas, beans ,potatoes

omit any onions if using for the dog !

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with your hands, pack into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or pat into a rectangle or oval in a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake in a 350F oven about one one or done.

For yourself: add seasonings such as salt, pepper, worchestershire sauce etc.

Leave it out for the dog!
