Yummy fish

- 5 x slices of wholemeal bread shopping list
- fish required shopping list
- 6 – 8 fish fillets (such as Basa, Snapper – whatever takes your fancy). shopping list
- For the topping shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice shopping list
- Rind of one lemon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of coriander shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your Oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- In a food processor (using the chopping blade), place inside the bread, parsley, Coriander and lemon rind
- Turn it on for a few seconds to chop the bread up. Do this a few times until the pieces of bread are still coarse.
- Place the lemon juice and the oil into the food processor.
- Repeat step three until the bread crumbs are still of a coarse texture however, are soft and fluffy.
- Line the fish on some baking paper on baking trays. Spray the tray before placing down the baking paper.
- Using your hands (or a spoon), start putting the mixture on top of the fish, one piece at a time. Make sure that it is done evenly. Press the mixture onto the fish so that it is firm.
- Place into the oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Serve with a slice of lemon, some Salad and if you’d like, some warm wholemeal rolls.
- Yummy!
