Simple Chocolate Cake

This is a simple chocolate cake, not too rich but sweet like a birthday cake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup S.R flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 3 tbsp butter, melted shopping list
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a cake tin and preheat oven to moderate (180C)
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add melted butter and beat vigorously for 3 minutes. Pour into the cake tin and bake until a skewer comes out clean.
- Top with chocolate icing and whipped cream.
