Simple Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup S.R flour

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp cocoa

1/2 cup milk

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Grease a cake tin and preheat oven to moderate (180C)

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add melted butter and beat vigorously for 3 minutes. Pour into the cake tin and bake until a skewer comes out clean.

Top with chocolate icing and whipped cream.
