How to make it

  • put the chicken in large pot and add the spicesannd the water to cover it then bring it to boil then on a low heat for 60 minutes
  • put the oil in onther pot and add the onion carrots raisins salt pepper fry them alittle bit
  • then add the rice to it with out stirring
  • add two cups of ckicken stalk
  • then add in the middele of the rice the saffon
  • boil it for 10 minutes then low heat for 20 minute
  • when its over put the colorful rise in the dish and top of it the chicken and the almond
