My Biriany Recipe


MY BIRIANY Recipe
this dish is light as cloud on your stomach and you will be adiccted to it from the fist bight

Ingredients
  • two kilo chicken thighies
  • for boiling the chicken( one onion pealed, one cinamon stick, cloves, one dreid ginger, black pepper,salt, cardamon, bay leave)
  • two cups basmati rice washed and drained
  • one cup vegtable oil
  • one cup slices of white onion
  • one cup grated carrots
  • half cup golden raisin
  • salt and black pepper seeds
  • one tea spoon gronded saffron soaked in one cup of hot water
  • one cup toasted almond for garnishing
  • water

Directions
  1. put the chicken in large pot and add the spicesannd the water to cover it then bring it to boil then on a low heat for 60 minutes
  2. put the oil in onther pot and add the onion carrots raisins salt pepper fry them alittle bit
  3. then add the rice to it with out stirring
  4. add two cups of ckicken stalk
  5. then add in the middele of the rice the saffon
  6. boil it for 10 minutes then low heat for 20 minute
  7. when its over put the colorful rise in the dish and top of it the chicken and the almond
