King Crab Puffs

- 2 cans(6oz each) crabmeat, drained, flaked, cartilage removed shopping list
- 3 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese shopping list
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp ground mustard shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter,cubed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine the crab, onions, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; set aside.
- In a large saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until smooth ball forms. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in crab.
- Drop by tablespoons full 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 400ยบ F for 20-25 min.or until golden. Remove to wire racks. Serve warm
