- 1 1/2 cups leeks, minced, including 3" of green tops shopping list
- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 3 cups boiling water shopping list
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 cup light cream shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chives, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Cook leeks and potatoes in boiling water unti very tender. Do not drain. Press through sieve into double boiler. Add rest of ingredients (except chives). Mix well and reheat.
- Serve chilled and topped with chives.
