Bua Loi Phuak Rice Ball And Taro In Coconut Cream

- 1 cup cooked taro root, mashed shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked taro, small squar pieces shopping list
- 2 cups glutinous-rice flour shopping list
- 1 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 4 cups coconut milk shopping list
- 1 cup palm sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 6-8 teaspoons water shopping list
How to make it
- Put the rice flour and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Add the mashed taro and knead to a soft dough. Knead well.
- Roll into little balls and set aside.
- Dissolve the palm sugar and salt in the coconut milk over low heat,stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil and add the taro balls. When they are cooked throug, add cooked taro, stir to combine, remove from the heat.
- Serve hot.
