This is a tangy marinade for vegetables like cucumbers and tomatoes. This has an amazing kick!

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions
  1. Mix everything together very well.
  2. Add cucumbers and tomatoes or whatever other vegetable you would like to marinade.
  3. Chill and serve.
