This is another summer favorite in our house. I love anything I can make ahead. I have brought this to a lot of barbeques.

Ingredients
  • 2 head of broccoli, washed and cut into small pieces
  • 3/4 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Directions
  1. Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over broccoli mixture stirring well. Leave in fridge until ready to serve.
  2. Note: For those of you who love garlic you could also add a small clove finely minced.
