How to make it

  • cut off top of eggplants and bake on 180deg. for 1 1/2 hrs. cooking the eggplant for long takes out the bitter taste.
  • spoon the flesh of the eggplant into a bowl
  • add rest and blend
  • adjust seasoning to taste
  • store in fridge
