How to make it

  • Crack open all the eggs into an egg white omelette after heating up the frying pan.
  • add the meat so that there's a thin layer of meat ontop of all of the egg.
  • filp into traditional omelette style and have the meat on the outside.
  • put the salsa onto the egg side of the omelette (or after the omelette is off the pan).
  • Enjoy your low calorie/protein filled breakfast!
