Make an egg white omelette with salsa and meat for the ultimate protein-a-thon that's spicy and tasty. Has only 80 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 12 grams of protein

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 package of meat (I use Carl Buddig Turkey)
  • Salsa (2-3 tablespoons) (I use a habanero, but I enjoy the spicy)

Directions
  1. Crack open all the eggs into an egg white omelette after heating up the frying pan.
  2. add the meat so that there's a thin layer of meat ontop of all of the egg.
  3. filp into traditional omelette style and have the meat on the outside.
  4. put the salsa onto the egg side of the omelette (or after the omelette is off the pan).
  5. Enjoy your low calorie/protein filled breakfast!

Yes, I'm eating alot of these right now on my diet -- trouble is, I love egg YOLKS! But the white as an omellette are just great!
