LOVE this easy recipe... perfect for summer time! Found in Naturally Delicious Meals for Baby, in the adult food section.

Ingredients
  • 1 Banana
  • Bar of 75% or higher organic cocoa chocolate bar

Directions
  1. Leave Banana whole and cut a line down the side of banana.
  2. Break chocolate into to pieces and slide into banana.
  3. Wrap banana in foil.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  5. Unwrap carefully as chocolate melts all over foil! :)
  6. Also, great on the grill if you already have it on for summer grilling!
