Yumola Sausage Salad

- 1/2 pound knockwurst cooked and cooled shopping list
- 2 small dill pickles shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon capers shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cut knockwurst into small cubes then mince pickles and onion.
- Mix together the vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
- Adjust seasonings if desired then add capers and mix well.
- Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions then just before serving garnish with parsley.
