This is another simple and different sandwich recipe. Try it on different types of bread or on crackers.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 3 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mayo

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Use as a filling between buttered slices of whole-wheat bread.
  4. ENJOY!
