Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) ice cubes shopping list
- 4 oz (125 ml) plain yogurt ( could be vanilla flavored ) shopping list
- 4 oz (125 ml) milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon or lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) honey, or to taste for sweetness shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender and puree until smooth.
