Fresh Peach Daquiri

wonderfully refresing drink. Great to sip as your watching the sunset.
Ingredients
- 1 large fresh peach shopping list
- 1 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice shopping list
- 1 oz of simple syrup or 1 teaspoon powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 oz. of white rum shopping list
- 1 cup of ice shopping list
How to make it
- peel and cut up peach
- in blender combine sugar and the cut up peach
- blend until pureed and smooth
- in a cocktail shaker add ice, rum, lime juice, and peach puree
- shake to chill
- pour into a martini glass
- enjoy
- Frozen Version:
- follow the above steps but instead of using a cocktail shaker just add the ice, rum, and lime juice to the peach puree mixture in the blender and blend until smooth.
- you may have to add a little more ice.
