Ingredients

1 large fresh peach

1 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice

1 oz of simple syrup or 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

1 1/4 oz. of white rum

1 cup of ice

Directions

peel and cut up peach

in blender combine sugar and the cut up peach

blend until pureed and smooth

in a cocktail shaker add ice, rum, lime juice, and peach puree

shake to chill

pour into a martini glass

enjoy

Frozen Version:

follow the above steps but instead of using a cocktail shaker just add the ice, rum, and lime juice to the peach puree mixture in the blender and blend until smooth.

you may have to add a little more ice.
