Strawberry Kebabs

- 4 sticks of fresh rosemary shopping list
- 6 strawberries per person shopping list
- 8 Tbs water shopping list
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 9 oz marscapone cheese shopping list
- 2 shots of limomcello liquer chilled shopping list
- 1 lemon, zested shopping list
How to make it
- Remove nearly all leaves from rosemary sticks but leave a few on the end.
- Reserve the leaves.
- Cut off top of strawberries and thread 6 onto each rosemary stick.
- Place sticks on a wire rack over a tray.
- Place the water and 1 cup of sugar in sauce pan.
- bring to a boil and let.When the mixture is caramel color, pour over the strawberries.
- Whisk the cheese with a little ( about 2 tbs ) till sweetened to taste
- Divide the cheese on center of 4 plates, drizzle on the linoncello, and sprinkle with reserved rosemary leaves
- Llay strawberry kabobs over the cheese.
- Garnish with lemon zest
