How to make it

  • Remove nearly all leaves from rosemary sticks but leave a few on the end.
  • Reserve the leaves.
  • Cut off top of strawberries and thread 6 onto each rosemary stick.
  • Place sticks on a wire rack over a tray.
  • Place the water and 1 cup of sugar in sauce pan.
  • bring to a boil and let.When the mixture is caramel color, pour over the strawberries.
  • Whisk the cheese with a little ( about 2 tbs ) till sweetened to taste
  • Divide the cheese on center of 4 plates, drizzle on the linoncello, and sprinkle with reserved rosemary leaves
  • Llay strawberry kabobs over the cheese.
  • Garnish with lemon zest
