Easy Champagne Strawberry Soup

- 4 cups water shopping list
- 9 cups strawberries shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 lemon juiced shopping list
- 1/2 cup champagne shopping list
- 6 mint leaves for soup and more mint leaves for garnish shopping list
- lime sorbet or vanilla ice cream shopping list
How to make it
- Time does not include 3 hour chill
- Bring all to a boil in saucepan except mint leaves and ice cream.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Then add mint leaves.
- Cool, blend and strain well.
- Chill very well at least 3 hours
- Place chilled soup in bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves and a little scoop of lime sorbet
