How to make it

  • Mix flour and sugar
  • Then add butter and 'rub into the mixture'
  • Continue until it looks like crumbs
  • Leave to one side
  • Put fruit in dish
  • Add the flour and sugar
  • Pour on the bread crumbs
  • Put in oven for 180 degrees
  • Take out when golden and bubbling
  • Goes well with custard
  • Best served hot!
