Makes ten muffins that are chocolatey and healthy!

Ingredients
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 85g caster sugar
  • 90g self-rasing flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1.5 tbsp oil
  • 20ml milk
  • 50g dark grated chocolate
  • 45g rasins

Directions
  1. Prepare ingredients (ie mash bananas, garte chocolate, beat egg)
  2. Preheat oven 180
  3. Mix together: suger, flour, oil, milk, egg
  4. Whisk together with bananas
  5. Slowly add chocolate
  6. Put a few raisins in each muffin shell for even coverage
  7. pour in mixture
  8. Put in oven
  9. Best eaten when cooled
