Baked Cheese Prawns

Prawn cakes. A first new dish i ever would hear. Tasted great.
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg fresh prawns - boiled shopping list
- 2 medium sized potatoes - boiled, peeled and mashed shopping list
- 50 gm cheese - grated shopping list
- 3/4 tsp pepper powder shopping list
- 3/4 mustard shopping list
- 1 tbsp home made butter shopping list
- 1 tsp soya sauce / chilli sauce / any hot sauce shopping list
- 1 cup cheese sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- ------------------------------------- shopping list
- For Garnishing shopping list
- 1 tomato - sliced shopping list
- 1 onion - sliced shopping list
- 1 small bunch green coriander - chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix prawns with cheese sauce.
- Add pepper, mustard, salt and the hot sauce.
- With a light hand, mix in the mashed potatoes.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour all the mixture in it.
- Garnish.
- Bake in hot over (200 C, Gas 6) for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle coriander.
